For those who choose to continue, up to a 12-month journey of growth, service and discipleship.

Where appropriate, support shaped by our founders’ own military experience, plus veteran resources.
How services are delivered
Services are delivered personally by the Journey Home team through scheduled one-on-one conversations (in person, by phone or by video), follow-up check-ins, and a secure participant portal where participants can complete their registration and assessment and view information that leadership has approved for them.
Payment
If a service has a fee, you will see it before you pay.

What Journey Home is not
Journey Home is not a medical provider, mental-health treatment provider, emergency service, or a replacement for licensed medical or mental-health care. Our services are not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, licensed mental-health treatment, emergency medical services, or other healthcare services.
